What we collect, why, and the control you have.

Account details (name, email, phone), service addresses, the requests and photos you submit, and booking history. We use this to source providers, produce estimates, schedule work, and support you.
To run the concierge: matching providers to your job, sending quotes and status updates, and keeping your bookings organized. We send transactional emails (request received, quote ready, provider confirmed, reschedules, cancellations).
We share the minimum needed to do the job — e.g. the service category, address, and timing — with the providers quoting your request. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your data while your account is active so the next job is faster. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
