Paylizzard (“Paylizzard,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI concierge that helps you request home and auto services, collect estimates from third-party service providers, and manage bookings. We are a coordinator — the work is performed by independent, vetted providers.
You need an account to book services. Keep your login secure and your contact and address details accurate. You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract.
Estimates shown before a job are not final. Final pricing is confirmed in your quote before any work begins. You approve a quote before a provider is dispatched. Rescheduling and cancellation are available from your account, subject to the windows shown on each booking.
Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Paylizzard. We vet and rate them, but you are responsible for confirming the work meets your expectations. Report any issue to us promptly and we'll help resolve it.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or our providers.
To the extent permitted by law, Paylizzard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services performed by independent providers. Our role is coordination and support.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Providers are background-checked, insured, and rated by real customers. Low performers are removed from the shortlist. Your addresses, photos, and history are stored to make future bookings faster and are never sold.
